Code of Conduct

The Revenue Room™ Connect community is built on trust, collaboration, and professional integrity.
To foster a high-value, high-impact network, all members are expected to abide by the following Code of Conduct:



1. Respect & Professionalism

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism, regardless of industry, company size, background, or experience level.
  • Discriminatory behavior, harassment, or personal attacks will not be tolerated. This includes any actions based on race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religion, or socioeconomic background.
  • Engage in constructive discussions, even when debating differing viewpoints.


2. Ethical Business Conduct

  • Members must conduct themselves with the highest ethical standards, promoting integrity, transparency, and accountability.
  • No fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading behavior is tolerated.
  • Conflicts of interest should be disclosed if they may impact discussions, advisory roles, or business engagements within the community.



3. No Promotional Spam or Self-Promotion

  • The community is designed for collaboration, not sales pitches.
  • Members may not use the platform for unsolicited promotions, cold sales outreach, or lead generation.
  • Sharing insights, case studies, or best practices is encouraged—blatant marketing or recruitment is not.
  • If a member is found excessively promoting their business or services, their access may be revoked.



Inclusive & Diverse Community

  • Revenue Room™ Connect is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Members must welcome diverse perspectives and ensure all voices are valued.
  • Any form of discrimination, exclusion, or microaggression will not be tolerated.

4. Compliance with Laws & Community Guidelines
  • Members must abide by all applicable laws and regulations in their participation.
  • Revenue Room™ Connect reserves the right to suspend or remove any member violating these principles.

5. Enforcement of Code of Conduct
If a violation occurs:
  1. Warning: The member will be privately notified of the issue.
  1. Review: If the behavior continues, leadership will review and determine further action.
  1. Removal: Repeated or severe violations may result in membership termination without refund.
By participating in Revenue Room™ Connect, you agree to uphold these standards, ensuring a high-value, high-trust environment for all members.
